When will my package come?
-please allow 1-2 business days for bundle orders and 3-5 for wig orders to be processed. Your order will be shipped after processing. Be sure to check your email for tracking information.
Are your extensions human hair?
-yes, all our hair is 100% virgin Malaysian hair. Hair has been checked by vendor, approved, and double check by me.
How many bundles should i get?
-typically, for a traditional or closure install for sew ins and wigs 3 bundles are recommended for inches up to 24 for a full look. For inches 24 and up consider adding an extra bundle as bundles are smaller as they go up in length.
Does it shed?
- as for all strains of hair on and off the head it will shed. However Sugar B. Hair extensions are healthy and tightly wefted and minimal shedding is expected.
How long does it last?
-with proper hair care and regular use Sugar B. Hair could last any where from 1-2 years.
Can i change something on my order?
-Please email sugarbhaircollection@gmail.com immediately after the error is made to see what we can do to assist you.
What products should i use for my hair?
-it is recommended that you use sulfate free shampoos and conditioners. Be sure to use a heat protectant before any use of hot tools.
How should i care for my hair?
- sleep with a silk or satin bonnet. Wash and condition 1-2 times monthly. Avoid putting oils and heavy cream conditioners onto the hair as it could weigh down your extensions. Brush your hair from end to weft to avoid breakage and excessive shedding. Remember that how you care for your hair determines the longevity of your bundles.
